During my recent business trip, i had the pleasure of staying at hotel brunt-on heights for the third time. This visit, like the previous ones, exceeded my expectations. Location is amazing, walkable distance to all shopping zones, nicely maintained premises with hygienic upkeep. Staff behavior was cordial and instant. Cozy stay.

Very good property to stay. Great location and ambiance and value for money. Breakfast option not good enough. I wanted to have south Indian breakfast but in this option even eggs are not there and I had to pay extra for the same. Fresh juice also was not there.

I arrived with my bags, and the staff helped me take them right to my room. They made sure that i had peace while at the room, and when I left they cleaned the place spotless without moving any of my important things. After eating a meal at the adjoining Portland steakhouse, I continued working from my room. When I got hungry at midnight, I called for a soup and it arrived in 20 minutes. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby afterwards. This is one of the few places that gives great value for money.
The staff and service are fantastic. I stayed right in the heart of the city and was pampered like a prince. I'm glad there are still hotels that charge reasonably and offer great service. Jai hind.

Very Good Hotel for executive stay. The front office staff were were accommodating and very helpful. Breakfast was served early morning in the room and was very good.

The location is very near to the centre of the City, very clean location and surroundings, great service and staff. Only caveat, they give only one Key to the room, even when there are two adults staying for a week.

Location 20 minute walk to mg road, flip side, auto may not be keen to come to the hotel from mg road brigades. Excellent staff- courteous, helpful, breakfast is brilliant. Has on site restaurant which prepares lunch dinner on request, not tried. Very spacious rooms, with sitting and bedrooms separated, no tub in bedrooms, you need to go to sitting room for tip. Does not score well on price to value equation. Big positive staff negative price.

Have stayed at BH in the past. Has been very convenient, the staff extremely cooperative and steak house at the ground floor - all make it a right combination for me to stay here again and again! Very appropriate location in the city for shopping. The hotel staffs were very courteous. They even set up personal WiFi system at room free of cost. Ideal for family stay if you do not like the hustle city traffic. Would like to recommend to my friends. Overall the hotel stay experience was peaceful and relaxing.
