Worst Experience
No toiletaries. WiFi doesn’t work. Inordinate delays in handling the issues, TV didn’t work, jacuzzi didn’t work And over all we booked Unit 02 bungalow but were allocated Unit 01 on arrival. When asked they had no answer. Worst experience so far. And the booking team said Since you made the booking through the platform, you’ll need to check the discount and updates directly on the platform. And told to pay the final amount and said we car help you.

Poor Stay
Kitchen service & room service very poor. Bathroom amenities, food, tea snacks, water not available. It was a waste of money. Door locks weren't reliable either. This was not expected from MakeMyTrip as it was a very bad experience.
Overall nice experience.
Rate was a bit high. Bathroom was not clean. But its a good place. Peaceful. Service was very good.
