Clean, well-equipped and spacious rooms. All amenities are working. The spa was excellent. Staff was very accommodating with all our requests, considering we were travel-ling with a toddler.

The hotel is very very good. Very clean also. But breakfast was not good. It was not cooked properly. Only 1 item was there for breakfast and that was not cooked well. We complained to the manager and he told us to wait for 15 minutes and gave bread omley

One of my best comfortable stay with the best service received. The complete crew are so friendly and service oriented. The location is so comfortable in reaching out to all the nearest catch-able areas. The food is good but better to try from the near by areas since ottapalam is a food hub with different varieties available.

It's a best place to stay near ottapallum, having good spacious rooms even though i opted for deluxe queen. Having good parking facility and good staff behaviour. Resturant is average, but you have lot of options to buy it from outside restaurant.
