Review Of Bulaakh Resort

Everything was good except that the water jar that we were given in the room, it’s lid was not clean and full of dirt. Likewise the packets of tea bags and milk powder kept in the room were dirty and the tray had sand.

The property is maintained beautifully, food was good so was the hospitality. Location of the property is also nice..worth a stay

I had a comfortable stay at Bulaakh. Service was quick and prompt—special thanks to Saurabh for that. The food was tasty, and the staff were hospitable throughout. A special mention for their honesty and helpfulness: we forgot our wallet during checkout, and they couriered it back to us—really grateful for that gesture. Admittedly, I was a bit apprehensive due to some negative reviews I had read earlier, but the place turned out to be more than decent. My only real complaint was the bathroom in our room—it had a persistent urine smell. I flagged it, and while the staff cleaned it and used a room freshener, the issue did linger and left a poor impression. Overall, barring that one issue, it was a pleasant experience.

Resort location was awesome... but I booked the top level room in this resort and i had a measure issues in room , the was not cleaning well, washroom was no proper toiletries 🧴 like no soap 🧼 in room, no other use full items in washroom, room flooring is damaged, washroom bathing tub was so so darty and very unhygienic n very poor quality, Me and my family is totally disappointed, food was great but price are too high ...

The food was terrible, veg pasta didn’t has any veggies, pasta was over boiled. Dish TV was not recharged. Multiple time the staff would come and knock your door unnecessarily and disturb for petty things, which could have been communicated on house phone.

The stay was very comfortable, food was great and the location was also easy to find, staff was also v polite. However, their breakfast buffet selection could have been better.

Highly recommend this place for stay, situated in the heart of mussoorie though situated 6km away from the mall road, it is away from hustle bussle and traffic. It has one of the scenic views. The staff are supportive, and the food is great. Must recommend, also in budget.

Nice clean rooms, good ambience, staff is polite and has nice view from rooms. Valley view is amazing. Ample parking space.

Over good experience for a hotel. But there were facilities that we would expect from a resort. No games, no sports and nothing else.

My stay at the resort was great. I was there with family. The property is at an amazing location away from crowds a bit lower than mall road. This was perfect for us. The property offers 360* views which was amazing. The lawn was pretty and very pleasant to stay in. The view from the rooms was also great. The breakfast buffet was good. However the room service food was not that great. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to avoid crowded small properties

Property was not worth the price hygiene and cleanliness was poor paid food was good but the buffet was very poor and the staff was not polite only one new intern was well behaved. There were non ac’s room there so book ac room as it’s too hot there. Not worth the stay.
