Review Of C.P. COTTAGE

The resorts infrastructure is good but not maintained by owner or the care taker. We had cockroaches, spiders, bedbug and moths. Huge gaps between windows/doors and wall. Beddings unhygienic and unwashed. Staff was rude. Please don’t book this property as even MMT later cannot help with any issues with this property.

The place is nice and comfortable and friendly people are there to help I enjoyed my stay

Room was have damp smell. No clean room.

The bed and pillows were damp due to moisture from the rain, which made the stay uncomfortable. There was no telephone in the room to call room service, which was inconvenient. For breakfast, the only complimentary items provided were poha and chai, which felt very limited.

Good notel nice service

The location was really good. we went during monsoon and the overall experience was really nice. However, the rooms were not exactly how it was shown in the pictures. The Honeymoon suit was not at all like a honeymoon suit. Cleaning was not up to the mark. Upon asking about the difference between the pictures and the reality they said it was due to monsoon season. But still the bedsheets and the cushion covers, blankets could have been cleaner than they were. They haven't made available all the amenities as mentioned in the room specifications, such as minibar, toiletries, hair dryer. We had to ask for everything. Food quality was good. Location too interior to reach no enough space for vehicle bed sheet and blanket smells bad

The receptionist was so rude he told us that the hot water will come to 6 am to 9 am but he was carelessly sleeping cut our phone call and switched off his phone. Even he took money for the water bottle and said ‘kaha pe likha h ek water bottle complimentary h’

I find this property by my friends reference and food was little expensive and service is not so good.

Very horrible experience, I have booked Premium Delux family room for 4 adults and 1 kid. they have only 1 family room for 4 adults and that room has no basic facility, like no refrigerator, no Ac, no toiletries, no hot water, frequent electricity lost, haunted place and single fan that too waving here and there with ceiling. I requested for other room and the rude care taker says we have only 1 room, if you want I can give you single delux room which is accommodate 2 people and you all manage there. we had to leave the hotel within 3 hours and need to find other hotel by paying extras. The place is also haunted, we heard some strange voice from our balcony. the positive feedback for this hotel and C.P cottages are nothing but it is name of Chand Palace cottages. overall not recommended in you get free stay. very un hygiene place and haunted place. total waste of money

We had booked a room for mountain view but they had completely closed the back side. So we could not see the mountain view. They had charged extra for that mountain view. Also the quality of the food was very poor. The service was not special either. We felt like we were suffocating in the room. Room and stay was good, issue was with the staff as they were really rude.

The cottage does not accept foreigners, we reached there at 11:30 pm directly from pune airport only to know that they do not fill the famous “c” form. They did arrange a taxi for us though to find another place to stay leaving us no choice than to accept the next hotel we found as it was already very late.

It was terrible hospitality and lack of utilities as they mentioned in their package. Sheets were old and scratchy and we had to ask for a dustbin inside room. We wanted to check in a bit early so we went to have a casual chat but the staff was very rude and arrogant. Breakfast is only one item that they serve at your room. Honestly the price they charge is too high for the kind of service given. Avoid this hotel.
