Very nicely done place with entire wood finish for the reception, restaurant, room and bathroom. Perfect glam-ping place in the midst of the city. Beautifully done garden area, really liked the place with lovely people who take care of the place.

The property is quite beautiful and scenic with a beautiful lawn and a cabana. The lawn is great for sitting out in the winters and enjoying leisurely mornings with friends and family, having breakfast or enjoying games. The location is great in terms of accessibility of both dehradun and mussoorie as it somewhere in between the city centers of these two. Would highly recommend. Only suggestion to the property would be on the food - prices were quite steep for the quality and quantity of food served. (zomato, swiggy are functional with decent options within 40 minutes delivery time and we preferred those from good restaurants in dehradun)

When we were searching for a quick summer getaway , this property came through. We were amused by the photos, and decided to try this property. While entering the property i understood this property's scenic beauty is as real as the photos. The check in process was lengthy. While checking we asked what their specialists in food were, the front office said it's continental, chinese and indian homemade food. However we couldn't find any continental cuisine on the menu. The food quality is good with limited options. The room was peaceful. They have a smart tv with netflix which many four/five star properties don't give! it's really impressive. Room amenities are decent. The minibar had only tea options, no coffee, no mini- fridge. Bathroom amenities are okay. Prefer to have a hairdryer. The f&b room service team is cordial and polite. But late night no f&b service was available. We booked a complementary breakfast. My daughter really enjoyed the surroundings, she played a lot with their domestic duck. I preferred walking space for a pleasant morning and evening walk. Also i also recommend having one wellness center. Certain observations: after room cleaning housekeeping didn't put the bath towels back. Charging points all are not working properly. The check out process was very rushed, wishes they showed such promptness while checking in and other services.

Food too costly for this bathroom jet was leaking but they did not replace it and water filled into the bathroom which required cleaning pressure pump blew up and every-time i needed to call them up as shower did not work without it no hot water

Worst property in dehradun

The condition of the facility is highly unsanitary and dingy. There is mold all over. There were termites on the bed frame. The entire property had only one care taker who had no idea what was going on. The property owners aren’t open to feedback’s and are so ignorant that on raising a complain, they just block you and switch off their phones. The property is highly filthy and is a waste of money, time and energy. We requested for a refund or at-least some reimbursement as we did not even check in after seeing the condition. But the property owners balantly refused. Payed around 10000 for a property which is basically a health hazard

Terrible Stay

There is no view of mountains and also the location is in the middle of the city. Amenities are so poor no staff is available at 7:30 in the morning. Maintenance issues are there as rooms are very dirty and water logging in all rooms in the bathroom. I changed three rooms but all rooms had dead insects on the bedsheets and blankets. Live worms in a tea kettle. Very disappointed with the experience.

Looking at the property, you might fall for it but just dont go for the ambiance. They overcharge for extra bedding this place doesnt run as a resort. They dont have staff, they dont know basic hospitality responsibilities and duties. They dont have manager to listen to you in the morning or at night. The manager is only present in late afternoon. I stayed there for 2 days and it was really irritating being there. They dont clean the room till 11pm in the night, giving the reason we were not there, even after no of requests no staff was making the room sayinf they have staff shortage. The manager is not physically present there and doesnt take responsibility.
