When we were searching for a quick summer getaway , this property came through. We were amused by the photos, and decided to try this property. While entering the property i understood this property's scenic beauty is as real as the photos. The check in process was lengthy. While checking we asked what their specialists in food were, the front office said it's continental, chinese and indian homemade food. However we couldn't find any continental cuisine on the menu. The food quality is good with limited options. The room was peaceful. They have a smart tv with netflix which many four/five star properties don't give! it's really impressive. Room amenities are decent. The minibar had only tea options, no coffee, no mini- fridge. Bathroom amenities are okay. Prefer to have a hairdryer. The f&b room service team is cordial and polite. But late night no f&b service was available. We booked a complementary breakfast. My daughter really enjoyed the surroundings, she played a lot with their domestic duck. I preferred walking space for a pleasant morning and evening walk. Also i also recommend having one wellness center. Certain observations: after room cleaning housekeeping didn't put the bath towels back. Charging points all are not working properly. The check out process was very rushed, wishes they showed such promptness while checking in and other services.
