Location isn't suitable for new traveller. Food quality is good but services is not good enough

Great location and well maintained clean property. Restaurant as well offers a good variety and taste.

Goa is our regular destination- at least of South Goa and Palolem. This year we decided to explore staying right on the beach and upon some research landed on Cafe Blue. It really is right on the beach. We could go barefoot in the sea any moment we wanted. The experience has been remarkable. Raj remained in touch since the day of booking. Despite arriving at 7.30 am and check-in at 1pm, he managed to create space for us for storing luggage, using the restroom, changing from our travel clothes etc. The cottages are clean. They are cool and the glass doors keep out much of the noise from outside. Bathrooms are spacious and hot water is available immediately from the taps. The cafe itself is serene. Food is delicious. We tried almost all their cuisines- the pizza, dal tadka, jeera rice, aloo jeera, chicken kebab, chicken cafreal and toast. Pretty good cocktails. Honest people all of them. Raj, Jeevan- tends bars, Gaurav, Vishal, Prakash. All of them very kind and sweet. Xavier, the co-manager is a great conversationalist and foodie. Do take tips from him on what to eat at Cafe Blue and across Goa. Prices are as reasonable as shacks go. Only grouse is the lack of a Goan fish thali and some bun bhaaji-. We could sit here all day, all night long. The view of the sea from the cafe and the cottages are amazing. It has been a pretty good stay and we hope to come back the next year.

We’d a terrible stay experience. The room was not clean when we arrived and the sheets were torn and somebody had or something in the room we could smell that. The bathroom was stinking. The overall experience was a nightmare. Idk how this man is doing business. Extremely disappointed and frustrating. The staff was also a bit rude.

pathetic service . There were no proper arrangements for food,tea. No cleaning of the room was done on the subsequent day. overall our experience was not so good.

Overall stay, food and location are very good. staff is very supportive and team is handling very well. Pamolem beach is also very cool. Lunch and dinner is very well but i like paneer tikka 😘. Thanks all team

The room was clean and well maintained. Same as is shown in the images. The food was amazing. If you love seafood, then there is no thinking twice. We had probably the best seafood of our lifetime - and it's not a joke. The team at Palolem Blue was very friendly. They interacted as well as gave us space when needed.

Not easily reachable from cab. Need to walk 100-200 m by walk in narrow road. No food service in room. Sea view was good.

We travelled in a group of 5 families. The property is hardly 100 m away from the palolem sea beach as such the location is good. The market is about 500 m from the hotel. But coming from the main road side one has to walk about 100 m in a narrow passage.The room was ok with a kind size bed and they also provided an extra mattress ( chargeable) for one adult. Unfortunately, the water from AC in our room was spilling over the floor inside the room. We wished staff could be more courteous. In all it was a good experience Will rate it 7.0/10.

room was good but lack of facilities like no refrigerator,. no cattle and some of staffs are really good bit some are very arrogant. the view of the ⛱️ was so beautiful. Food is also good but for non vegetarians. breakfast menu was not good, they can add more. overall nice.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff were warm and cordial. Special mention to the owner, who took personal care of each guest, making us feel truly special. And a huge shoutout to Guddu, who treated me like family! The food spread was incredible, with fantastic quality and variety. The evening ambiance was the perfect icing on the cake. If you're looking for a great place to spend quality time, look no further! Highly recommended.

Stay is very good it’s a new property great heated swimming pool gives very good relaxation after a day out but only one concern i had is smrudhi does not have it’s own restaurant, we have to go to adjacent sanskruti resort for food and breakfast. Don’t expect a great breakfast it’s decent but not great...
