I have been coming to this hotel since 2001, been here in 2005, 2014 and now 2024. No other accommodation in goa can match this location. The side view apartment is one of the best as you experience the vibe of calangute beach 24hrs a day. The breakfast is good. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will surely visit again if the opportunity arises.

Property is just adjesent to colengute beach, food, amenities, and services are very very good qualities. Clean and wow room, market and beach seen from balcony.

Hotel is 1 min walk from the beach. Room was spacious, clean and with a balcony. Breakfast was great in taste. We had a nice stay at the hotel.

A wonderful stay right on the beach. Rooms at 1st and 2nd floor are the best with amazing view. Staff is quite courteous and helpful, special mention to mr. Gaonkar. Just go for it

We stayed at sea facing rooms. The hotel location was excellent, and in our room, sea beach is clearly visible. It is one of the best locations of goa, but i prefer deluxe sea front view rooms. Staff is also good. Rooms are also good. We would definitely like to stay next time as well, when we will remain in north goa.

Hotel was very clean and was well maintained. Food was excellent as well. Access to beach for enjoyment and in the middle of bustling shops makes it even more attractive. Staff were very supportive and rooms including bath rooms are way too big. It is actually exceeding expectations in all sense for a family

This is my third time at this resort. It's location is very good. Beach facing rooms are awesome. Complimentary breakfast was new this time, and they had a lot of varieties for buffet breakfast. Rooms are clean and hygienic

" the ocean's roar is music to the soul " very welcoming staff of calangute residency, very comfortable and clean rooms. Daily room service. The restaurant is one of the best in vicinity with a perfect view of the ocean with good food.
