I had an exam near this hotel. The hotel room was very clean with all amenities in it. They provided me clean bedsheet to clean towel. The food was very good. I liked the veg thali and momo, noodles were not that good though. All the staffs are very nice.

Neat clean and peaceful guys try this hotel. It's a lovely place to hang out and the staffs of the hotel are very polite.

Clean rooms, nice location, facilities wise is also satisfactory, receptionist was untrained in explaining the things, lift space is just for one people, breakfast was good, they didn't provide cushion for extra person.

Location is not good. Too far as Mukundapur. Food rate is high and service is good. Hotel staff are also good.

Was provided a delux room, broken sofa, unclean bed with hairs spread all over, cockroaches inside cupboard, side table drawer and washroom. Tv not recharged, so no access to cable even after asking for it. Pols avoid if you can

The host is terrible out there. On second day even after i had booking with advance payment the host denied to provide room. Finally i received a refund after 3 days. But i was in a total mess when the host denied hotel room even after my advance payment to make my trip.

Overall experience for the stay was good except outside food is not allowed which wasn't told earlier also the wifi was not working even after many complaints no actions were taken and most importantly at the time of checkout the manager argued with us as he wanted us to deliberately give him 5 star rating and when we asked that wifi was not working and we'll be mentioning it then he asked us to leave in a very rude manner. Such actions aren't expected by hotel managers.
