Feeling unsafe as the staff was lighting hukka in front of reception area. Mosquitoes, dirty bedsheets, no soap, no towel. I have no options as i reached there at 11 midnight

Nothing can be worst then this as there was No electricity in Hotel from past nearly 10:40pm to 3:00AM and have no electricity back-up, ano ventilation in the room.. Means just imagine if you guys should also experience the Hotel stay in 48° temp. With No electricity, No ventilation i.e. and the Hotel staff was not responsive on addressing the issue. So it took me to check-out at 3:00AM late at night since I was feeling extreme suffocation in the room and waisted my money in checkin at another Hotel.

Property location was confusing. Food was not provided at 10 pm although kitchen was open & staff was having their dinner. On demanding bath towels 2 hand towel was provided. No glass was provided by hotel for drinking water. Room was dirty. Moreover 2 condoms was found on the back of the tv. Tv was not fully operational as only free channel was available. Most importantly the check in & check out timings were totally incorrect. As per mm t it was 4:15 n 4:00 pm & as per hotel it was 10:00 n 11:00 am. Lastly the behaviour of the front desk staff was not at all professional as well as friendly. So, in nut shell it was the worst experience of my life till now n will never recommend this property to anyone in rest of my life.
