i did not stay in those hotel and oyo which i have booked both of them was pathetic and i will not use again but yes for flights always but yes your customers care is so nice and helpful they help me in refund process that's why i gave 5 for your customer care

The room which was provided was already been used by hotel staff. They were having dinner on the bed.

Very poor service. Did not provide bed for stay. Had to pay extra rs. 600 cash at the hotel for getting the room. Dirty place, had mosquitoes, ants scrawling and no ac. Stop providing booking for hotels if you can't provide rooms.

Very bad experience hotel receptionist denied to give me hotel room. He told that they did not give the authority to make my trip for book hotel and did not gave me hotel room. Please return back my money.

This hotel deny you service at any given time. They don't accept booking or ask for extra money to be paid if you would require to stay. Staff behaviour is pathetic as well.
