Dear hotel management, i am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service i experienced during my recent stay at your hotel from 12. 09. 24 to 13. 09. 2024. While i had chosen your establishment expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay, i was unfortunately disappointed by several issues that impacted my experience. 1. Room cleanliness: upon arrival, i noticed that the room was not adequately cleaned. The bathroom had signs of poor maintenance, with unclean towels and leftover toiletries from the previous guest. The bed linens also appeared unchanged, which was unacceptable. 3. Maintenance issues: the air conditioning in my room was malfunctioning, making the room uncomfortably hot. Despite reporting this to the front desk, no action was taken, and i had to endure the inconvenience throughout my stay.
