The hotel staff asked for extra money while checking In and did not allowed. The person was too rude and did not allowed to sit inside the reception also.

Room is full of mosquitos. Need to figjt for a while. Too hot and terrible worst experience not worth for a single penny. Even they dont have body soap and lotion

Rooms are good, but: 1. There was only 1 staff in the entire hotel. 2. He denied us the breakfast even though we had paid for the breakfast while booking. 3. There is no lift. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor. We had many luggage bags and elderly people for whom it was difficult to climb 3 floors. He denied us helping in carrying the luggage to 3rd floor. 4. Our room was deluxe room but he denied us the access to ac. 5. There was no electricity in one of rooms in morning before check out, even though there was electricity in other rooms. Also there was nobody at reception to complain about at that time. Very bad experience.

Firstly guest is your god whomsoever he is and treat him like that. Always be proactive in give service. Location is average, food is common all days, service is very poor.
