Our dual day stay was wonderful with this hotel Mr. Harish shetty (owner) was a kind person. Even though the heavy rainfall day he dropped us to the railway Station in early morning with a polite personality No matter the look but the service which they are provided was unforgettable Thanks a lot Sai Residency team

Better if it fixes the things

The location is good, very safe and no irritation from any of the sides. There was a problem with ac not really cooling the room, an issue with the washroom flush and only one bath towel and only one soap was given.

You people will show that breakfast was included but in hotel don't show that now who will have to pay the breakfast amount

My wife and i stayed for 1 night here, starting our trip on coastal karnataka. Very nice, clean place, excellent location, close to railway junction. Eateries around the place and easy connectivity. Above all the staff and management were polite and helpful. We really appreciate that.

Location is prime and easy to locate. Restaurant was closed. But room was good. Everything was available in the room

⁴.the room size comfortable. good ac and bathroom clean. room boys are good behaving. location so convenient. bed also not bad. everithing is clean. the main thing is full time hot water availibity amazing. especially winter. the room rent also atracting.

bathroom was smelly, but hot water was avilable all time ac was working tv was working bed was good but soap size😂 really was it for hand wash only i didnt get their staetegy behind the soap
