I recently stayed at this hotel and while the overall facilities were quite good, my experience was unfortunately marred by the receptionist’s behavior. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The rooms were tidy and the amenities were up to the mark — no complaints there.
However, the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and arrogant. Right from check-in, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, which left a very bad first impression. Any queries or requests were met with indifference or rudeness, making the interaction unpleasant.
It’s a because the hotel has great potential, but customer service plays a big role in the overall experience. I hope the management addresses this issue because it could really improve the stay for future guests.
