I booked this hotel for 5 days through MakeMyTrip for my trip, but the experience was absolutely terrible. As soon as I checked in, I was shocked to see the condition of the room. There were no proper lights, no working AC, no TV, and no Wi-Fi as promised. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bedsheets were dirty, smelly, and clearly not washed. The entire room had a foul odor, making it unbearable to stay inside for long. The bathroom was disgusting – unhygienic, unclean, with leaking taps and no hot water. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was extremely poor, and it felt completely unsafe and unlivable. The pictures shown online were completely misleading and did not reflect the reality at all. I left the hotel within 1 hour of checking in because it was impossible to stay there. However, despite raising complaints immediately with both the hotel and MakeMyTrip, no refund was processed, and no proper support was provided. It ruined my trip experience and wasted my time and money. Strongly advise everyone to avoid this property – it is absolutely not worth even considering!

Room was full of bad smell and ac water was leaking unexpected full mosquitos was there in room it was very ugly maintained kindly don't refer this stay to any one because property is not for free of cost my friends suffered alot last night this was really very bad experience for me it was a big insult for me for treating mu friends with such a bad accomodation

Poor bed. Worst customer service. If anything we ask they are telling us to talk with your booking

Worst maintenance, please don't go for it. Bathroom floor is sticky, full of bed bugs and walls are with gutka marks. Don't opt for it due to 3 rating

Room is dirty, ac not working, no maintenance, plenty of cockroach in the room. Wash room is dirty. Don't opt this hotel ever otherwise you will be in big problem

Dirty bathrooms. Taps are either not working or leaking. There were too many cockroaches/insects. Dirty beds.

Cockroaches in the room and on the bed, the bathroom was not at all usable and a very tiny place. I felt very uncomfortable sleeping on the bed, it was a horrible experience

Breakfast was including in the booking but hotel denied for breakfast. Room was not cleaned and some cockroaches were in the toilet as well as in the room. Tv was not working.

Bed and pillow is not clean. Ac didn’t work properly. I don’t see the proper maintenance of the room. Can be improved since the property is fairly new.

The room was in a pathetic condition. Tv remote and ac remote both didn't work. Room was very dirty without clean no water in wash basin. Never visit there

Nice experience but wifi network is very low. Wifi is slow to watch movies in tv. And tv is not working properly. Maintenance is not bad.

Very poor facilities bedsheets are very dirty and used no water in washroom. For everything i have to call to reception and then they give service after 1/2 hr which is also not good

There is no power back, on friday morning there is no water staff asked to take bath in differ room which is first floor, my room in 4 floor, i did the same, washroom flush is very slow and geyser water is too slow to take the bath, room locker and security camera are fine. Staff is very responsive in time but facilities not up to the mark for charge.

I had a bad experience in the stay that i had in the hotel. 1. Breakfast : there was no breakfast available, in fact there is no restaurant in the hotel as stated in the booking. 2. Bathroom : the commode was brown in colour, due to negligent cleaning. 3. Safety : the door lock for the room and the bathroom were non existent. Main door lock did not function properly and cannot be locked from outside / inside. 4. Cleanliness : the rooms are so dirty that the room looks like a third rated dormitory.

Water not coming in flush tank. Staff is cooperative. Tried to change room. Still there are also problems.

They do not have professionalism and you have to wait for room for 5 hrs if we book thro make my trip. They are not giving priority. They are giving priority to direct booking customers only

I paid for breakfast but it is not available. The service is terrible. No proper bed linen. No intracom in room. I don't recommend this hotel

Staff were very supportive and understanding. Place was nice. Clean and as expected. You should must visit.

I just checked in and left the hotel. The hotel is not properly maintained. Bedsheets are not changed. The room is full of cigarette smell. Not for family stay.
