Excellent stay, best place for family vacation. Enjoy the view with delicious food. Very humble and supportive staff. So many options for kids.

Excellent stay in a specious clean maintained room with panoramic view of himalayas. Foods are really good and no single complain. Staff behavior - a real example of atithi devayo bhaba. Any request to staff get that done immediate basis. Hotel manager, i asked if he can arrange someone to clean my car. He could not able to arrange so he himself clean my car. I got surprised and feeling bad, but he is completely normal.

Location is great & easily accessible by car. Nice view of himalaya. Rooms are good but bath rooms are bit old. Food was ok. Staff is polite & supportive.

Liked it and loved it. I was there during our Holi holidays with my family n booked 3 rooms via MMT. Check in was smooth. Rooms were ready and their Hospitality was fabulous. I observed during our stay that some guests literally make fuss of anything and they do intentionally just coz they paid the stay. Seriously guys we loved the stay n best part was their food which was ultimate. All the staff was very courteous. They have a huge parking n lots of children playing area... Just one service missed as their spa n massage staff were on leave. The best part that they arranged a birthday cake for my spouse n decorated the room on a very short notice. Thanks Casa for making our stay memorable ☺️

Excellent resort. Well behaved staff, hygienic environment, good food. Everything is good what you can expect from a top class resort. Location is great as it is located on the top of mountains.

We visited in off season and were mostly the only guests in the property. The staff was very helpful and attended to all our needs. The property is beautiful and a must stay if you are visiting around

It was really wonderful stay at casa, definitely one of the best in the nainital range (including bheemtal, mukteshwar. Landscape of the property is very aesthetically designed, having terrace gardens at two levels. Jacuzzi & spa are the best if want to enjoy the water moments with the view of mountain. This place is kids friendly so if you have kids this is the place you don’t have to worry about the kids they can enjoy of their own being safe at the same time. Rooms are very comfortable and large enough. Staff is very humble and well mannered. The owner of the property is also very down to earth and very much involved in the management which is rarely seen and of course it’s good for the system improvement. Food quality is good. There are two things which management needs to take care further more, one is the room service and its delivery time requires improvement and the other one is it would be better if you can provide the hair dryer in the bathrooms. Overall experience was excellent and will be coming again soon.

Would like to appreciate hotel manager bhawan who took care of each need from starting till end very politely. Also would like to appreciate each staff member like dinesh and everyone on board from casa dream resort to make my family trip memorable. Just like to add there room service is awesome so no need to worry if u are taking kids with yourself. They will be providing milk at any time u need.

We spend 2 nights in mukteshwar this property was so comfortable and the staff was friendly , services were quick and the food was delicious . What else 😊 a must visit place and the best resort! Go for it

It's totally a resort type. In Mukteshwar there are various resorts, but I think this one the biggest. Basically resorts are cut from places so you have to totally depends on these for all your needs. My take for Casa Dream- location- 8/10, food- 8/10, service- 10/10.

Visited the hotel for short getaway from Delhi. Hotel is peaceful, though construction is in progress. Staff is friendly, cordial and though menu gets restricted bur food is delicious especially the butter naan and gravy items were well prepared.

I went and stayed with my wife. The location is exotic with beautiful mountain facing view rooms. The staff is very generous, soft spoken and helpful. They arranged a special trip for their background orchids for us. Food quality is great. It's a little away from The main Mukteshwar but that's a plus point. Highly recommended!
