The room was clean and neat. It was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. But the cost of food is very costly. 1 ton ac is not sufficient for that big room.

I have been there in casita inn during my 3 days trip to yercaud. The hotel is extremely peaceful with good environment and good view within a friendly budget. Room service, hotel staffs especially management are very much helpful and cooperative. Safety and hygiene has been taken care and ideal for family or bachelor stay. Breakfast was nicely served through buffet, majority is south indian foods along with bread butter jam cornflakes in the breakfast.

Employees are very friendly to the customers and ambience was good. But we don't have any view rooms and campfire is restricted only till 10pm. To tell about food, restaurant was bit costly and compliment breakfast was average. Only chicken starters will be available. Overall rating was good

It was a pleasant stay with good service. They kept up the hygiene and sanitary standards, especially round the clock service availability (have to thank the housekeeping incharge mr siva) and good food(shantkumar, yelok & shashidaran gave their best. Had a good time, though there were issues with wifi connectivity. All in all a good stay with very friendly and civil service.
