The worst stay i have ever had in my life. No one at front desk to checkin, no water, no food, no tea, no response, no breakfast. This was a disaster stay. These guys should shut down the hotel and do some other business if they dont want to provide any hospitality.

1. Pathetic breakfast with only poori and chapathis 2. No hot water and pathetic experience 3. Ask for complaint/suggestion book and they completely ignore it. Imagine you have booked the stay for your parents

The service was very slow and poor. Even after confirming the arrival 2 hours in advance, the room was not ready. After checking in, I was allotted the wrong room and after 1 hour I had to change the room again. WI-FI was non existent and after making a lot of noise, I was given access to some WI-FI. No room service early morning or late night (after the kitchen is closed). As late as 08:30 in the morning, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get any type of breakfast. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they have work very close to the hotel.
