The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and as it is shown in the picture the staff is good overall the place is nice and quite

They have only bread butter and omelette for breakfast , staff is just 2 people , rooms are good. When asked for coffee they said now they cook is making food for staff lol

They have good experience means staff is very supportive and also the property is woowww very clean and that all things means pool bathrooms and all other amenities are such beautiful we will enjoy good time with memories and all credits goes to this stay thankyouuusomuchhh

Stay was good, need to improve their amenities side as breakfast is limited with 2 option, there is no dental kit, in breakfast there is no hot beverage like tea coffee.

The hotel's location was highly inconvenient, situated far outside the city, making it difficult to access key places. Adding to the disappointment, there was no kitchen available at the hotel for guests, which limited meal options. The staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout our stay, which made the experience even worse. Despite booking a room with breakfast included, the only item served was poha, with no variety or additional options. Moreover, the quality of the breakfast was very poor and felt like it was prepared with cheap ingredients, far from what one would expect from a decent hotel. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and did not meet even basic expectations in terms of location, service, and amenities.

The property was good but I wanted hotel near Baga Beatch and it’s too far from it so get a lot of disappointment but if planning for Vagator then it’s good just food is not at property so u have to use online method

Firstly, we were denied check-in as the room which we booked was already occupied for a 3 day stay. And no same rooms were available at the time. Staff was cooperative and gave us a upgrade. The room feels to shady and room is just beside the reception area. So, there is no privacy at all. Room does have bed bugs for sure. We had a sense of irritation and itching while sleeping. Washrooms were not to clean also. Overall, stay was ok. You should prefer this only if you want to spend a day and not more than that. Breakfast was not so good.

The service at the hotel is pathetic. No basic amenities are provided in the room (dental kit is a basic thing which should be provided, but it's not there). Upon room cleaning being done, the washrooms were not stacked up with toilet rolls, shower gels etc. The rooms are located next to the kitchen, so there's no privacy, you can listen to their conversations and they can listen to your conversations as well. The staffs are ill behaved wherein they don't know how to speak to the guests. the breakfast buffet is horrible wherein only 1-2 items are available. It felt as if poha was soaked in oil. They don't prepare coffee and serve, rather they give hot milk and coffee sachets. The staff Tikelal is horrible and is very I'll behaved. When I called to place an order for breakfast, I was informed that food got over. Then I had to call the property manager who then intervened and then got the breakfast served. This hotel should hire some good staff so that customers have a good experience. You can get good hotels in the same range. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

No lift in the hotel. They don’t provide dental kit. No restaurant in the hotel, we have to call swiggy or zomato. There were so many honey bees and lizard in the room balcony.

The stay was pleasant and the hospitality was also good. Only thing to improve is to provide hand wash and hand towels. Also the area is not well covered with Airtel mobile connectivity, Jio is fine. The WiFi speed can also be improved.

The location, room and breakfast were good, few issues I have with this hotel first having unprofessional staff which lacks basic communication skill and second one is their check-out timing which is at 10am. I mean what the hell is that who expect a guest to leave at 10 am.

Limited breakfast options but tasty and service is really great, i would recommend this hotel. This is near vagator you just have go in the back directions for vagator beach

While check in the reception system was not working. Due to which he needed to call. The check in was not quick. I requested to change bed sheet and pillow covers but that didn't happened. There was no dental kit. There was not hot water in bathroom.

The place is located at a very nice and silent area, it's easy to locate. The property has various rooms priced differently. My stay was peaceful! the pool they have is always an advantage if you wanna chill at the property. Staff is polite and helpful, they offer breakfast which was pretty good. The reason i am giving a 3 is because they could maintain the property more efficiently, the ac was leaking, mosquitoes around the place the room curtains were stained and dirty, pillow covers were not great, pillows were terrible. Overall a nice experience! looking forward to be there again hopefully they work on these suggestions!
