It was really pleasant. Due to the heavy rains last week i lost my phone's display. However the manager and the staff helped a lot from their end. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Very efficient, effective, polite & proactive staff at reception & also in the restaurant. Arun & siddhartha were genuinely very empathetic as well which is the greatest skill that creates bonds between people - customer service.

Overall stay was very comfortable and staff was polite. Cherry on the top was quick service and nice food. I would strongly recommend to people who just want to spend a night near airport to catch a flight next day.

Excellent service the hotel in itself is so huge that you’ll feel like getting immersed into the same. True that a bit of maintenance is required but else it’s an excellent experience overall.

Property is located at very prime location most suitable for tourist linked with a delhi airport. Building is so grand so that it’s oldness give no adverse views. Gesture was veer good and prompt.

Nice comfortable overnight stay near the airport to catch flight the following day. Good dinner and breakfast and room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful for senior citizens.
