The property is located at a prime location yet peaceful. The rooms are spacious but is due for maintenance. Had a broken wardrobe kept in the room. Intercom was not working. Very nice Hotel. Awesome, clean and spacious suites, perfect location from where you can go anywhere in the Lonavala easily, very friendly and supportive staff and delicious food at the restaurant.

From the beginning i have issues with hotel management, n it's still going, breakfast included in booking, but time of coming to breakfast hotel management told the is limited breakfast only u can order 7 item, after that it's charged

The property is over price as compared to the other property near by amenities in room are not well maintained. Food is something which is very good. Breakfast is limited only 1 option, food only 1 option thali which is limited when you choose plan with breakfast or lunch.

Center 1 suites at lonavala is placed in the heart of the city, very close to bus stand. It was extremely clean with good service. Food was delicious (pure veg. They can improve with bedsheets and south indian breakfast like medu vada and sada dosa. Rest all was excellent.

Hotel rooms were so spacious and nice cleanliness all over there. I felt very comfortable in the hotel, i recommend booking hotel via make my trip

Stay was good, locaton was ok, food we did not tried & service was excellent.

It was the first day of the hotel. So it was well maintained few up and downs are always there that can be ignored.
Overall experience was good towels had fibers coming out as it was new.
