Room was good, hot water was there and most importantly the location was awesome, u can go to supermarket and mg marg in 2 mins.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant. I highly recommend staying here. It's very close to the market and taxi stand. The receptionist is always smiling!

The stay was very good, even the people were extremely friendly. The receptionist alishna is so good at her job, she greets everyone with her beautiful smile which is perfect for any traveller to start their day. She surely deserves a promotion !

we got welcome drink upon checking in. Nice tibetan interiors with good rooms. They have elevators up go to the terrace to see the view. Good location on the lower walking street. Food was customised for us, nice friendly staff

The hotel is situated right in the middle of the town and is easily accessible. Have stayed here in the past too. One of my favorite places to stay in gangtok. The quality of rooms is great and the hospitality is warm. The food is amazing and staffs are really courteous and friendly. Will surely recommend.

Good hotel with easy access to taxis

This hotel has good view of mountains. Lot of greenery around with a roof top garden. We stayed in their club rooms which had open attached and lovely sitting lounge facing mt. Kanchanjunga. They offer good discounts and good breakfast, it's true worth of money.

We had a lovely stay here in this hotel. We got 50% discount on our bookings, it was truly value for money. The lobby was very interesting, we took lot of photos. Location was excellent, just close to the walking street. They have elevator and parking space.

The stay was awesome and imran, ashok thapa they both helped us a lot in every situation. They guided us properly. I was confused after seeing the reviews while booking but after reaching there it was just opposite the staffs are very helpful and really everyone was nice over there we had a good day. The room was also neat and clean, 24 hrs geyser was also there. just book and visit the place.

We got good offer in the high season time, great value for money. The hotel was good, with parking and elevator. We booked the top floor club rooms, with terrace. From the lobby we got the view of mt. Kanchenjunga. Great holiday, cordial staff

It was a good stay, staff are friendly and welcoming. They clean the rooms everyday, hotel is neat and clean. Centrally located, near all the good cafeterias and shopping area. Rooms have good amenities and first time, saw electric blanket to warm our bed, made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. Affordable rates of the room.

We stayed here as it was close to the market and on the main road. Mr. Imran at the reception was very helpful n took care of all our needs. Comfortable rooms and washrooms. Good breakfast.

We come to gangtok every year, and have been regularly staying in this hotel for it's good location and price. It's value for money. If rooms are vacant they do free upgrade. I love their top floor club rooms which are with attached terrace and a lounge facing the mountains. It's lovely to sit there in the evening and have coffee and snacks there. Food and breakfast is good here. Every evening we walk down to the walking street, it's really a pleasure.
