The stay was good with all good and modern amenities with water fall, pool etc. Location is beautiful with serene beauty. Services are excellent. Food was good, but i think need to include some more dishes in buffet

We enjoyed staying at this hotel after reviewing almost all places. Food was excellent. The staff was very polite and courteous. We spent 3 nights and 4 days there. A very tasty breakfast with a lot of varieties for vegetarians. They put an extra bed with a cot for my kid even though the king size accommodates 3 of us. Fantabulous view of clouds and mountains from the balcony. The only thing is that food is very expensive. I loved their filter coffee. They even celebrated my kid's birthday with a cake which was free of cost. Lovely experience. Don't forget to keep your driver with you for your entire stay. Otherwise you will be facing challenges but not sure about their cab arrangements as i didn't use them. Thanks for reading my review

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.Additionally their paid buffet in lunch and dinner was various dishes with live counters.we were really enjoyed.

Everything thing including location, hospitality, cleanliy, food taste and quality was superb. The staff was very friendly and polite. The dinning experience was ultimate. Everything was very well arranged, fresh and tasty. There was nothing no everything was yes.

The rooms were having all the necessary amenities. The restaurant also served delicious dishes with special mention on the tea. The staff was also really courteous and welcoming, really good service altogether.

It was a great stay and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Food can be improved. Only beer and wine available. Full bar license must be obtained as it is a 5 star hotel.
