Average Stay
The room and services were good. But we had booked 2 rooms but they gave us only 1 room for 4 hrs. After 4 hrs they gave us the 2nd room. That too after asking repeatedly.

F friendly and polite staff
I found the hotel on mm t and booked via mmt. Pros: friendly and helpful staff. Good location, close to public transportation. Clean and comfortable rooms. Cons: there's no welcome drink as mentioned in the mmt. The sofa, bed and the kettle they provided appears to be old. No lift to the stairs. I recommend it as the staff are very friendly.

Very poor hotel
I paid full amount in advance. I reached hotel at 11:30 in the evening. First reaction was there is no room available. After almost 30 min of discussion, manager given me his room to stay. Most pathetic arrangement i can ever think off

Excellent hotel in patna
Location of hotel is super its near to lice main branch and near to railway station, rooms are clean and specious and staff behaviour was excellent and quality of food was wonderful will come again and i will recommend to my friends also.

Overall experience was good but need improvement.
Room was average. Need improvement in cleanliness. Bedsheet, pillow cover and towel was not clean. Food was good.
