Review Of CHAWLA HOTEL

I booked room rs. 1459 but they gave a room there is no space in the room and i waited approx 20 min for that room, they said we don't have any information from your booking platform. Room was not clean properly.

All are pathic. Cant say any thing. Rooms are full of cockroaches and even bedsheets were dirty. Even they have single bell boy to attend. What to say?

Room was not clean. Walls are dirty. Mosquitos and cockroaches were in extreme no. Bathroom hand shower not work well. Landline phone not in working condition. No complementary drinking water given by them. Over all uncomfortable stay.

Blanket is not good

Very dirty bed sheets, blankets, we feel we are in jail even wash room also very dirty. We checked out immediately

Worst experience i ever have in my life, room was so dam dirty not even the bed sheet were clean so messy i think they dont even do cleaning or dusting properly. Terrible experience staying in the hotel like this, aslo they don’t even include complementary breakfast and the food quality was below average so poor, i don’t how they are running their hotel. Totally disappointed

Chawla hotel is allowed for unmarried couples, in their policy. But when i went there they overcharged another 1000 for the unmarried couples.
