The property is located in an awesome spot with beautiful scenery. The surroundings are decorated with a variety of lovely plants, and there’s also a farm that grows grapes, apples, oranges, and several other fruits and vegetables. The cottages are well spaced, maintaining a decent distance from each other. They also offer budget-friendly cottages (which are closer together) with front-facing balconies. Highly recommended for couples, families, and friends. The staff provide excellent customer service, and the breakfast is delicious. I’ll definitely choose this property again on my next visit to Kanthalloor.

We stayed at Cheeni Hills Resort in Kanthalloor from June 13 to 15 and had a lovely experience. The location is peaceful and scenic, perfect for a quiet break. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were warm and attentive. Food was simple but tasty. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy nature—I definitely recommend it.

location - good food - Poor Amenities - Poor Services - Average. The room stay was mediocre. Wifi not working. TV not working. out of the 2 rooms provided in C1, lower room had no basic facilities like Fan..Lot of cockroaches. Food quality was below average. But the location do not have any proper restaurants. So, considering it, food is ok to adjust. But not worth the price. Overall Stay experience is below Average. Do not Choose C1 cottage if you are more than 3.

Rooms are neatly maintained. They didn't deny any of our requests. They helped in arranging cabs for sight seeing. We stayed for 3 nights in Premium C3. View from our room was very nice. Food was really good. Service is very good. Must visit place. We have planned to visit again next year.

Overall, the ambiance at Cheeni Hills Resort was okay since it is located on the top of Kanthalloor and has an amazing view. But on the other side the resort requires proper maintenance,especially toilet fittings, which were completely damaged,but on demand, they provided quick service, which they could have avoided beforehand. Food was average, and breakfast had very limited choice.

Resort ambience and view was amazing. Food arrangement was unpleasant and poor service. Rooms housekeeping was not proper. Deep cleaning required. Some restaurant staff was also unresponsive.

Great location, service is ok. Restaurant is far away from cottages 1 and 2. Need vehicle to reach. Service will bring food to room. Cottge rooms are spacious. Cleanliness is average.

Hotel location was good. Food was not up to the mark. Not much varieties available. And taste wise also it was average. Rajkumar was very responsive. Kudos to his commitment

Nice and comfortable stay. Very good ambiance. Calm and quiet place. Very good room service. Food was tasty and only normal pricing. The cottage was surrounded with a fruit garden having apple sabargelli, gua, orange and veriety of fruits. Independent cottages provide high level privacy. Toilet cleaning to be improved and also require some maintenance. Over all amazing stay on family cottage having two rooms up and down with king and twin bed on first and ground floor respectively. One sofa cum bed also provided which can be used as bed. One sheltered dining place provided out side the cottage. Two hanging chair and provision for barbeque and campfire.
