Review Of CHERAI NATURAL BEACH

It wasn’t well maintained. We visited this property before and it was very good at that time.

Property location is good, but hospitality they need to improve. There is no hot water kettle, no tea/coffee powder. Airconditioner cooling is not proper. Since we are two men, we adjusted. Not recommended for family until they improve their service.

Very worst place. Ac not working. Amenities mention in are not there. I booked another place and went away

Good value for money only if you are looking for a basic room with clean bed, good shower and Nice airconditioner. Right on Cherai beach. Food available on Swiggy/Zomato. Small convenience shops available nearby. Alcohol has to purchased with proper planning to consume inside the room. A bit pricey and nice bars available nearby.

It was a good experience as there are shops nearby , drawback is no food available in the stay. If you a vehicle this property is good , otherwise it’s far from the main centre

property was near to beach, but its need lot of improvement with respect to room maintainance, for the cost which we paid is too high A/c room is available in nearby resort for 25% - 40% less than what we paid for non- a/c.

I never stay same like home stay very terrible, very very bad conditions for room, toilet, also water. I booked this hotel homestay yesterday at around 10:30 pm through makemytrip. It was a very bad behavior. When i went there, i was made to wait outside for more than an hour and called many people saying that the booking was not confirmed. I had to stay there for more than an hour and it was an unsanitary situation. The room was in a very unsanitary condition, the water in the toilet smelled almost like toilet water, it was almost over a month old,, very very bad, very bad condition.

Manager unavailable, wifi not working. Dirty sheets and what not. Even the flush was not working.

Sea view location rooms, broken tap - could have fixed the same.

Worst service even washroom water supy not working also hot water is not there for morning bath he said we have mentioned already also he is very careless person he does not bother about customer service.

Cherai Natural Beach is a pocket friendly place. It is clean and has basic facilities. The staff is super hospitable and willingly helps you out. I spent a good eight days at this place.

The best part of the place is it's sheer closeness to the sea, humble staff support and nearby restaurant taste was also very delightful. It's a good place for couples to enjoy. I will visit this place again with my whole family. Furthermore, you can get bike rental for very less price. So, that you can cover nearby places.

Neat rooms, gave me an upgradation to sea view room. Very close to beach and good restaurant just side by "Shivettante Kada". Mr Benjamin- Hotel staff was very polite and helpful.
