Excellent experience. Very helpful host. Clean n hygiene. On little bit height but lake view was worth staying. Couple friendly n food was also good

Visited with family. Very well connected location to mall road and naini lake. View from hotel is awesome. Rooms are also good. Mall road, restaurant, naini lake, atm etc all are in walking distance. Separate free parking also available.

All the services are upto the mark. Location is walking distance from lake. Food service wasn’t available at that point but tea and water was available all the time.
The staff was very cooperative and they have maintained a safe environment around the hotel, from hygiene to security, great service.

Location is 300 metres away from mall road. It is located on a hill. Parking space is available. View from hotel is good staff is helpful and co-operative.

It was located at very good height and you will have to trek a good height to reach there. It will be tiring for old people and people who less walk. Lake view was superb. Kettle should be provided, every-time we needed to ask for hot water. Full length mirror is not there, which ladies prefer in rooms. 24 hours hot water is not available, so if you reach late you will not be able to take a bath for fresh. Staffs were very helping for anything which was missing.

It's very difficult to reach the property because of so many stairs and at higher altitudes from lake & mall road, complementary breakfast is too little to satisfy. Food quality average. Only the plus point is beautiful view of lake.

Location was good, i had booked a lake view room. There were no provision for my bike parking (though they have mentioned that parking facility available with hotel) one have to travel through multiple steps to reach the hotel from road nearby. There were no health faucet available in bathroom. No water heater equipment like geyser available inside bathroom. One have wait long for solar heated water. Food served was tasty.

The rooms were clean, comfortable but the bed sheets linens were dirty. The staff was amazing very cooperative they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

The manager was very polite. He tried to arrange everything we asked. Food was average. Like most of the hotels in nainital, this is located in a very high altitude. We had to walk up hill and lost breath every-time we went out and returned to the hotel. Be prepared for lots of uphill walk.
Located in nainital, i think most of the hotels including china r guest house doesn't check temperature. It doesn't mandate mask.

They don't provide geyser at their rooms. Time allotted for hot water is 7am-11am but in that time interval also hot water not coming in the room, reason given by staff:many people using hot water simultaneously that's why it may not come. Moreover, room heater is not there in the room, they charge 300 rs per night for that. Hotel staff is fine and cooperative but hotel is not at all worth the money. Rooms are also small.

Bathroom and room was not clean. Blanket and bedsheet was also very dirty. No geyser available for hot water. Very bad experience.
