The room was not properly cleaned. There were visible stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture, and the bathroom was not properly sanitized. The linens appeared used and had an unpleasant odor, which made it impossible to feel comfortable. The service was equally disappointing. When i contacted the front desk about the cleanliness issues, the response was slow, and i didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. The staff seemed uninterested in resolving the problems, and it took multiple requests to have someone come to clean the room, which was very frustrating.
