Location: about 6km from main city. Food: good quality but highly overpriced. Facilities: running hot and cold water, air conditioner available but the light of dressing table was not working. The couch and pillows were not clean. Room service available but in case of water, they will serve the sealed bottles only. You have to fill the bottles yourself otherwise. Others: The thing i liked the most was the decoration and the story session by Anshu Sharma.

The rooms are extremely basic and lack comfort. Although the washrooms are comparatively spacious and clean, that’s probably the only positive here. Amenities are minimal and were not replenished during my stay — no housekeeping was done even on the second day. Do not opt for their breakfast, lunch, or dinner packages — they’re completely . The room is a joke considering the food is overpriced, poor in quality, and portions are tiny. Breakfast options are alarmingly limited and far from satisfactory. To make matters worse, maintenance work is currently ongoing, causing additional inconvenience. Overall, not worth the price or the hassle.

Had a great stay at Chaitra Katha - a story per stay. You should not miss the story about jaipur from anshu. His story will definitely change your itinerary. It's a perfect location and the food is also great. Thanks anshu for providing the great stay.

The room was very very small, and I had no idea that there would be no AC. It is really a very petite hotel and also there is a lot of construction going on, so you can smell the paint and in the night there are no lights turned on in the lobby, which makes the location creepy if you want to go on Terrace. The staff no matter was very helpful and welcoming, but the location was very unsatisfactory and as per the price, the room was not up to the mark.

My experience with chitra katha hotel is very nice. The hotel is clean and the behaviour of the staff is nice and helpful towards the tourist. Baalu Bhaiya is also well behaved and experienced about the places and time maintaining.

Very nice scenic beauty from roof top. Good ambience and very clean room. Love this place for the natural environment and open and clean environment. Sun rise is best thing to observe from this hotel's rooftop.

Overall experience was good as all the girls were staying. I would recommend this place to others. They only need to improve their room services.

one of the most amazing experiences you can have. let me point out the super amazing and beautiful points out here: 1. we landed and without any issues they arranged a pick up. 2. we booked a deluxe room, and got one as well which was so beautiful and the washroom was even more amazing, but decided to have something on the higher floor. Just one request, changes made. 3. Amazing stuff and their services. 4. Ansu da, the host himself was so great and nice person. He managed the overall experience so well that you'll feel you're at home. 5. Lastly cannot miss the stay itself. Such an amazing decor, rooftop libarary and dining. colour, paintings, decors were top notch. bed was super comfy. every thing was functional. One cannot overlook the attention to detail that Ansu Da shared, from keychain of the room to amenities, from signs at the entrance to the touch in the lift buttons pad, everything is personalized. The food was so beautiful too.

My overall experience was good. 1. Property easy to locate 2. Food available at the hotel is great 3. Amenities are average, maybe it was specific to my room. 4. Services are also good.

The hotel was nice and the view on top was great. Accessibility was good. It's close to Hawa Mahal.

I have had a chance to experience the service of Chitra Katha Property during my stay in Jaipur with my Family. Firstly, I would like to mention about Mr. Anshu Sharma the owner of the property. What a Man ! What an energy 👏 He is always there to host you be it any requirement. My Ratings are totally based on the Amount I spent Vs Service + Experience i got from here. 1. Location: 4.5* 2. Property: 5* 3. Food : 4.5* 4. Service : 4* In short it was an amazing stay. I strongly recommend the Property.

The location of the hotel was excellent – major attractions like Albert Hall, Ramniwas Bagh, the Railway Station, and Govind Dev Ji Temple were all nearby, making it very convenient to explore the city. The ambience of the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the stay. The food was average, but everything else, including the service and atmosphere, more than made up for it. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My stay was not that good which I expected ac was also not working properly and the mattress of the bed is also not good

The food was terrible and was very costly. The room was nice but could have been a little more spacious. It is located equidistantly from all famous places which is a merit.

The facility is nicely crafted and curated for an ultimate traveller experience. The culinary experience of the house is authentic and gives an intricate touch of Rajasthani food and culture.

Staying at Chitra Katha was an accidentel excellent choice. I was planning for a family trip to visit Jaipur, and I searched from MMT, and after taking with Mr. Anhsu ji, I made my mind that I will be staying here and will meet him in person. He is an interesting person and a wonderful guide in paper. Why paper? because he will tell you the story of Jaipur and will draw a map of the entire city, which I find very helpful. If in future I vist Jaipur Or any of my friends visits Jaipur, definitely I will recommend Chitra Katha - A Tale Per Stay ☺
