Superb place to stay in kolkata. People were friendly. Breakfast was good. The guest house is very well maintained.

The staff is very cordial n helpful, they are always ready to assist you in any manner. This property is centrally located in the heart of city in reasonable cost.

Location wise perfect. Well connected by road, metro, cab. Well maintained with round the clock security. Had there been a resturant for lunch & dinner stay could have been more pleasant. However not a issue who can manage with online food delivery.

The location of the hotel is at a good place and easily accessible to all the places. The hotel is old and renovated. Rooms are big and maintenance needs a bit of improvement

The property is beautiful and has historical architecture. Was fun getting lost in the corridors and walking through the huge doors.

I have include a breakfast package of three members including our child of age 8 but they have charged for our child breakfast and also brkfast menu is very much poor catagory.

My stay was only for 8hrs. Size of room was good. Cleanness was ok, quality of tap water in bathroom is poor. 3 star out of 5 i will rate.

Room facilities does not match for executive room

I have booked executive room for 2 person. While booking it was mentioned the room has wifi or lan facilities which doesn't have. The washroom lock was broken, geyser doesn't work properly.

I think they clean the room long back i think when i enter the i can see the small dust and in wash room when the water fall on the floor i can see the dust

I have booked for executive deluxe room but the room was very much unhygienic. Washroom was not clean enough. Also, the bedsheets were clean enough along with the pillow. It was a very bad experience in a stay.
