I have booked hotel for 3 people they took booking and provided mattress for 1 person as they don’t have room for family. My mother slept on the floor and It should be informed prior. For this inconvenience you should provide any kind of compensation

best budget 3 star hotel for your stay
The experience was great firstly the staff , super help full, polite supporting and very help full throughout the stay also the food was great was not expecting but food was great, a bit of hygiene was not upto mark but overall amities ,staf behaviour, room service food and all was awesome .

About room as per cost very poor there was lost of cockroach find in the room not cleaning bedsheets.

Horrible Experience - Cockroach Infestatio
My experience at this hotel was truly unacceptable. The room was much smaller... I found Cockroaches crawling on the bed. The Cockroaches visibly roaming near electric kettle and even near food in dining area also. It was absolutely appalling and raised serious concern about hygien and cleanness. I informed front desk and there was not even sincere apology. The level of negligence is unacceptable for any establishment, especially one claiming to offer hospitality. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
