This hotel should not qualify for 4 star, it is a good 3 star hotel

The itinerary and the service given was excellent and there was no gap in the service offered and service delivered in actual.

Hi. It was a three night stay at cilantro comfort and the stay was comfortable. Only the problem we faced at day 1 when bedsheets were not changed but once we complained it to the housekeeping team they promptly changed it and cleaned the room. The staffs are very much supportive and quick in resolving the issues.

It's relatively new and good hotel to stay in gantok. Prices are reasonable and quality of food is very good. Overall good place to stay.

We stayed here from 8th to 10th april 2023. The hotel is new and well maintained. Except it is far from the market, everything was good.
