Room is very spacious and neat. Bathroom is clean. Behaviour of staff very polite. Housekeeping is good. Location at very good area. One hotel vasantham is nearby.

Hassle free check-in and check-out experience. The staff is really polite and attend to you promptly. Rooms are also very well maintained by the staff. Would highly recommend as it is value for money business stay. Keep up the good work!

I went for a training in feathers hotel and found this property very near to the vanue. Rooms are clean, tidy and spacious and staff is polite.

hotel is in reachable location and good location have ample of space and also rooms also okay… but they can maintain couple of towels instead of one. also they have to think about sound proof doors or rooms as much of noise comes into room when cleaning staff or other people checkin or checkout

Good hotel and amenities are good. Staff are very cooperative and helpful. Good locality. Neat and clean rooms and wash rooms. Very near to airport and metro stations. Budget friendly hotel and will recommend to others.

Hotel citi luxe is value for money hotel. Staff is very good. Two suggestions are there to give more client satisfaction: 1) no breakfast call in morning 7. 30 am 2) there should be refrigerator in the room due to humid climate of chennai.

The room was actually good. And yea there was an average hospitality provided. Also felt that if the greetings and overview of the customer were taken care keeping lil more priority it would be nice. Well i don't have a picture to post. Also wanted to let you know that, if the hotel could change it's breakfast to some other better hotels it would be great, as the food was not that up to the mark, the breakfast provided was really unsatisfied

The sheets, pillow cover, blanket were used. Had spoken 3 hours before reaching. But after reaching late night, i had to tell them to change it. It took an hour for them to do everything. Ac was not working in first room, then they changed the room and same sheet changes. They get food from outside and deliver for breakfast. Room was clean, as it was a new building

There was no hot water and they don’t have restaurant so they provide breakfast from outside which is pathetic. Basic necessity was not available. I am wondering, how makemy trip is recommending such hotels
