Staff

The staff was very helpful and kind. They were quick to respond to any request and went out of their way to make the guests feel comfortable. The caretaker was excellent and provided exceptional service. The owner was also very committed to service and took personal care of the guests. The receptionist was humble and down to earth. The on-premises manager personally guided the guests and took care of every aspect of their stay. The host was very responsive and coordinated with the guests throughout their stay.

Cleanliness

The property was clean and tidy. The rooms were well-maintained and the caretaker was quick to respond to any request for cleaning. The bathrooms were clean but could have been bigger. The bed sheets and mattresses were clean but some guests found the mattresses to be hard. Overall, the property was well-kept and hygienic.

Location

The property was located in a calm and quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was situated in a safe neighborhood with ample parking space. However, it was a bit remote from the main road and some guests found it difficult to reach the property. The location was ideal for those who wanted to break away from the mundane routines of the city and enjoy a serene and peaceful environment.
