Forget about negative reviews it is best and cheap resort. All staff are very friendly and will help you. The location is peaceful and not too far from railway station

First of all excellent hotel. Room was amazing ac super delux. Relaxing and calm environment i enjoyed the most at the hotel itself. 24 hour hot water available. Staff and service is excellent. I will stay at this hotel only next time

The stay was amazing. Rooms were happening and clean with lots of space and window ventilation. Overall service was great, i would suggest others to stay here if you want a budget and hassle free stay.

Great stay

A very positive experience. The place was very accommodating and didn't give us any issues at all during the stay duration. Pros: the staff was very respectful and accomodating. The rooms are respectable sized and beddings were clean the bathroom fittings were responsive, which is rare to find in hotels. Sort of cons: right now the in house restaurant is closed, but they more than make up for it by allowing outside food and provide a restaurant that can deliver food in. Overall for the price of the rooms, it's a great find.

Had a great stay at this hotel, staff were really friendly and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Very close to the main train station. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel.

The hotel location is middle of the town and we could easily reach to the place. Rooms are very clean and they view is serene from the hotel. The swimming pool is clean and neat. The hotel staff are very caring and friendly. I would recommend this resort for a beautiful stay

It was a very nice stay at city palace resort. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people. The room was spacious. This hotel is not too far from main market and is very near to narayani dham. Overall a very pleasant stay
