We are staying in 204 and 205 , room toilet is not good and 14 th morning check out for our flight usearly morning 5 am , so we requested 3 am morning wake up call , but they called 3.30 only , we requested packed breakfast by 3.30 am , one day prior we informed and they said ok , but they slept and our package not ready , and terrible check out , they made extra bill for food and we paid and after reaching airport again they called they missed 450 rupees one bill , again we made gpay , it’s not 5 star property , it’s like 2 star only , very old rooms and not maintenance, sorry
