The staff needs to work a little on their speed, food was very tasty, but the services were very slow, if you will ask for towels they'll give you one towel between 3 people, if you will ask for tea it will be delivered after 1 hour, so if the staff can work on the speed everything else is good.

Poor service and lack of manners

I want to write it so that a common man like me will not spoil his family holidays with these non sense people. There's a list of incidents that i want to share- 1. When we reached here they gave water bottles in the evening. 2. I call them for toileteries, they say it's a gel in handwash cabinet. You can use it everywhere. 3. No television recharge. I call them they recharge it at 11. 30 pm in the night. 4. We reached at 8. 30 pm in the restaurant. It was rush time. I said "order lelo bhaiya khana laa dena baadme" so a guy from rest. Said "aapko dikhta nhi kya" kitna rush ho rha. So we waited for 2 hours after talking to rest manager. He said hmari galti hai humne order nhi liya. Ab btaiya ? so i was with family and don' t want to spoil my vacations. Order de diya kuch doer baad order aaya. In review it was very poor quality food and service. And after that incident morning of 6 june. Whole family stomach became bloating. Actually this is my story staying at this restaurant and i strongly advice everyone that if you want good family vacations don't stay in this hotel.
