Review Of Clarks Inn Ambala

1. Location - excellent 2. Hotel Infrastructure- very good 3. Hotel room Infrastructure- average a. Washroom - rusted dustbin, tainted water closet, WC immideately to the door, no bathroom mats creating wetty floor.. 4. No paper napkin placed. 5. TV - had to call to recharge- saving on money as if guests don't ask, no recharge, why shud customer waste time on asking hotel to recharge.. 6. No centre table with chairs in room, very small table kept, in one room no table only. 7. No carpeting etc in room. 8. Old /loose bathroom handle

Stay was comfortable and the services was good , ambience of the hotel was super and connectivity to the city was also good

First of all they don’t have any dedicated parking and property is in a commercial complex, don’t get fooled by Clarks Inn ( As i got fooled literally) I had to carry my luggage all the way from where my car got parked to hotel lobby ( approx 200 mtrs) next, They refused me check in as i provided masked Adhar card from Digi Locker, told me that they have instructions from local police to get full Adhar. Which is not mandated as per guidelines of Govt. Of India. After their GM’s intervention they allowed me check in. Rooms were not worth which i paid. Breakfast options were mostly poori, & paratha. My colleague visited me for work related discussions, they’ve asked him to provide Adhar card. I am surprised by the demand of Adhar card and can smell something fishy for sure. I am not sure if I watched Jamtara too many times or they’re simply involved in leaking adhar details, but insisting someone to share full adhar card details is against the law.

I have booked my hotel but reached at hotel after 5 hours but hotel reception not get my booking it's night 2 am and some how I managed the hotel staff but why you guy not shared my booking with the hotel. very bad experience. I am staying approx 20/days

Air conditioning was not cool enough. Tv set top box not in proper place. Found it hard to use.

Hotel is near highway . Rooms are neat and ok, some damp odour in corridors and common areas. Breakfast and restaurant is average .

Hotel was very neat and clean. Staff was very polite and food quality also was good. Location of the Hotel is very good. I'm very to stay with this Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness of the entire establishment was exceptional, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy throughout my stay. The quality of the food offered was also quite good and exceeded my expectations. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to access various attractions and amenities.

Room Size was Very Small as per the Rates Charged

Everything is fine..but the room size is too small..As a family I don't like room capacity.. otherwise the food quality is very good breakfast is good

Food is very good. Housekeeping is much below rank. Staff is ill managed. Reception people have same thing for a horse and/or a donkey. Actually bell boys handle guests while the qualified staff remains an observer. Nasty. Parking is open in sun enough to burn interiors to 80degrees Celsius. The General Manager is a magnificent person but helpless due to the staff. May GOD BLESS.

Room without a single window was given and was not mentioned in the booking. I had to pay 1000 rs additional for similar size room with window. Why it was not mentioned while booking that room will not have any window.

Rude staff, even after paying so much. Service was very poor. I expected lil better. Will never book again.

Not too good. Tv doesn't have an active Tata sky subscription. No channels at all Not even a free one. Half of Rooms don't even have windows. Location was good on Highway with all restaurants and shopping even gas station. Room was Ok but no amenities. overhead shower doesn't work either.
