The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions, mr prahlad and tam-man sharma was so helpful staff in the property, he upgraded my without any change, the room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time,

That was disgusting, staff was very rude nd uncooperative also services were not good . Major thing in winter their geyser was not working 👎👎👎.

Very bad experience overall. Seems unprofessional staff, very low botheration of customer experience, appliances not working, had to call front office many times to get the issues resolved
