The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. However, several aspects of my stay were quite disappointing.
The shower experience was unpleasant, and the food quality was extremely poor. Breakfast service was particularly unacceptable as it started only at 8.40 am, which is inconvenient for guests with early meetings or schedules. The bread was served frozen, directly from the refrigerator, and the tea/coffee machine was half working.
I understand that the hotel is currently under renovation, but that should not be an excuse for compromising guest experience or service quality. Every guest deserves respect and value for the price paid.
