The stay was comfortable, rooms were neat md clean and staff was polite and courteous, food at the restaurants was tasty with variety of dishes. Overall all experience at the property was nice one can plan for stay for family visit or a business trip it’s a nice property at the gud location.

By entering the hotel i admire the most is warm namastey is the receptionist, it feels the home away home and the prime location of the hotel, the interesting thing is my wife loves the view by entering the room and the overall the warmth behaviour by hotel staffs definitely visit again if got a chance

Hotel staff's behaviour was polite and professional. I loved their food however it was a little expensive from the outside. Executive rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel located at prime location. Wish to stay next time if i visit gwalior.

Hotel, staff, food everything was perfect but they need to improve front desk response. I have paid full amount in advance and informed beforehand for checkout even though gentleman there make us wait for very long saying first let us check your room then only you can go. Being a regular traveller this was unusual with high end property like clark inn

Property is located at great location with great view of gwalior fort. My 2nd stay. Staff is very friendly. Located next to mall. Rates are decent and in house laundry and dry clean service is very economical for express service
