Property is new (pre opening stage. Rooms are compact but clean, washroom amenities work well. Hotel serves very tasty food. Basement parking is available. Total 9 floors and it is overall a good hotel. A/c controls inside the room actually work properly. Staff responds a little late but it's okay because they have just started the hotel.

I had a excellent stay in clarks inn suites hyderabad. They have 5 star hospitality in 4 star budget. Enjoyed a stay with delicious breakfast and dinner. Hope next time i will choose same

I recently stayed at clarks inn suites and overall had a good experience. The hotel is relatively new and well-maintained, with compact rooms that come equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Positives: the booking process through makemytrip was smooth and hassle-free. I appreciate their efficient service in finding and securing this accommodation. Areas for improvement: 1. Ac control: the ac control panel is located near the room entrance, making it inconvenient to adjust the temperature from the bed or other areas. Having a remote or a more accessible control panel would be much better. 2. Bedding comfort: the pillows are quite firm and high, causing some neck discomfort. Softer, ergonomic pillows would definitely enhance the sleep experience. Overall, it's a good hotel choice with a few minor areas for improvement. reception we were informed it’s a non smoking property, We booked king bed but were given twin sharing room had spiders

Staff has no patience or concern about guest. Felt like they went out of their way to make the stay uncomfortable. Do not have basic training to carry out operations or guest services. Very impolite
