Nice property, available at decent tarrif, inspite of low occupancy it is very well maintained, those who are looking for a short vacations near jaipur stay here and visit bundi fort, kota river front, 7 wonder park, oxyzone park in kota.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the cleanliness of my room during my recent stay. Unfortunately, i found that the linens and towels provided were not clean and were in a very unsatisfactory condition.

To be honest it’s stay is more likely for events like marriage or engagements. No such feeling of staying in some luxury property. Also the toiletries usually hotel’s provide was not there, used combs were packed and given. On entering the room, its was smelling very bad, staff refused to for changing the room, chair kept there was damaged.

Overall the location was thoughtfully done. The outer infra looks grand with lights and all good amenities but the service is not upto the mark. Little things like one room has a fridge, the other one doesn’t. One of the chair was broken. The shower room door hits the upper shelf, poor planning but the washrooms and rooms were clean though. Delay in getting glasses. Food is average and not everything on the menu is catered to. Management needs to improve certainly and make itself upto the other similar rated hotels. It was not value for money charged. They need to up their game.

Pretty stingy and no help attitude. You'd feel as if the staff is doing you a favour by letting you stay in the property. They'll haggle for inconsequential stuff like drinking water. I booked a premium room for 3 adults and 2 kids, still only 2 bottle of water was complementary. As if somebody was staying in their property and drinking water to recover the cost. Please avoid this property is traveling with family.
