Good 6 nights stay but ..
The location, food and facilities were all good. The rooms allocated to me had issues with air conditioning and they took sometime to fix the issue. After escalating the issue, they changed the rooms and there was no issue after that. Also I feel that they can add more options to their buffet breakfast.

Terrible Stay
The wall of the hotel was so dirty n mould were coming out .thr bathroom water was brown .n the tape were rusted .service was ok but hygiene was zero n maintenance was nil

Good location. Great staff. Good food. Very cooperative. Doesn’t interfere your affairs. Though the hotel is a bit old and the walls aren’t in great condition yet the rooms are maintained well enough

Rooms are good, location is easy to find as it is opposite Hayat hospital. The staff is nice and friendly. They get you what you want quickly. The hot water is there, and things are clean.

Good stay, carrying staf
Property at good location, connectivity is good but property is little old, amenities are good but not excellent, television was not working and not restored by staff, service are excellent, overall value for money

It was not that goo
The stay here is okay it's too costly and the whole night it was a very distrubing with the sound of music.

soloThe hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The location is quite convenient to nearby locations and connectivity is not an issue. Although the hotel needs to improve in a few areas of basic amenities like availability of dental kit for the guests or no butter being available at breakfast or the indian breads not available during dinner. Overall, for the range the hote comes in it's quite good.

Terrible Stay
Horrible stay. There was a wedding going on that disturbed the other guests lodged at the hotel and they did not inform about it while booking. Could not sleep till 4 am due to loud music the whole night and they also charged 700 rs extra for extra hours requested to sleep. The hotel management was least bothered. Will never recommend anyone this pathetic hotel. Plus no service given to other guests due to the wedding and there was no food available in the menu. Only what they served the wedding guests, we had to eat that.

Rooms are ok parking is good. Food is good. Just that breakfast did not have a buffet and the spread was very very small rest all is fine

Great place. Great restaurant. The service was good however i had to wait 30-45mins during checkout as the receptionist struggled to print out the invoices.

Disappointed with cleanliness
Hotel's location is good but property is not maintained well. Cleanliness needs to be improved, dirty linens, bathroom stains, bathroom taps and basin taps leaking. Food at restaurant was good one day and average on the other. Service in restaurant is very slow. Front office staff were also very non chalant, not flexible with any request. Overall, very disappointed as it was marketed as a new property and hence expected a lot cleaner property.

Excellent Stay
Our stay at the hotel was for 5 days and overall, it was satisfactory. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were very responsive, which was greatly appreciated. However, one area for improvement is the maintenance of the air conditioning units. I would definitely recommend this establishment to others.
