Our family of 5 booked 2 executive rooms. The rooms were small in size with very little space to move around. But inT the small space, they provided a wardrobe, chair, elect. Kettle, 4 pillows and 4 small pillows (we felt totally unnecessary in a small room and could have been given on request. ) the toilet was clean. Hot water was provided in a curtailed bathroom. The hotel is close to vadodara railway station and walkable for a light traveller. For those with luggage, autos are available at a flat fare of rs. 50. The room service was good including morning tea. We had dinner at the in-house restaurant and buffet complimentary breakfast. Thinly staffed at dinner time and therefore slow service. Polite and friendly staff made us forget their poor service.

The hotel is quite nice the management staff is polite but should slitely increase the willing to service overall its nice being here and ya the hotel should increase their amenities

The room was very clean and neat. Also, the staff was very co operative and helpful. They guided us well and helped us in the stay. Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Would recommend this to others.

its an average hotel, the claims on cleanliness are a bit false as the permanent infra like toilet seats and kettle needs to be either cleaned better or replaced. other its good for the price

The rooms are clean. The sheets and towels were also well kept. The bathrooms were average, did not have much facilities, plus had some leakage. Dental/shaving kits were available on order. Breakfast was very poor. Though there were choices but wasn’t made well. Staff is good and helpful. It would have been better if they were able to advise better on places of visit and transportation around vadodara.

Last time i stayed in the same hotel and my experience was great. But this time the room provided was having issues. Door was opening with the mechanical key and not using the card. Also exhaust in bathroom was not working so room was stinking. This time i have not enjoyed.

It was a night stay followed by breakfast and checkout: room size- 6/10. May be difficult for those who are claustrophobic. Cleanliness- 8/10. Staff- 10/10. Breakfast spread- considering tariff- 8. 5/10. Location-9/10. Amenities-7/10

The stay was ok. Negatives : the curtains were torn. The washroom had stains. Had to ask for foot-board to be kept outside the bathroom positives : staff was good and supportive. Room was clean. Bedsheets were clean as well.
