Property's location is excellent for those who value scenic views. Little away from lonawala town but that is what makes it a very peaceful location. The view from various sit outs are beautiful especially in early morning and around sunset. . Food is very good. The volumes of each dish is sumptuous. The staff is very courteous and always willing to go out of the way to help. I would like to specially mention names of sahil thakur and rabindra sahu for good services.

The view from resort is awesome. Rooms are specious and maintained. Food quality is very good. Amenities for internal sports activities is available.

Cloud 9 is full of fog best accommodation (rooms, food, etc. Visiting lonavala is we only go with cloud 9.

I had booked hotel to give surprise to my wife for anniversary special. Overall arrangement was beautiful with decoration and candle light dinner. Thanks you cloud 9 for being a part of our anniversary.

Location is quite good, then only concern was the pool size it is build for kids and not meant for adults (quite small. Could have made good use of the space that cloud 9 is occupying.

I have been visiting this place since last 7 years and this place is just amazing. No nonsense crowd, excellent staff, awesome veg food and the view is just amazing. A good play area for kids and the entire family can enjoy.

I had booked this Resort because it was close to lions point and I was not disappointed. I had a very calm and peaceful stay. The location of the Resort is beautiful. I had booked a hill top cottage. The room was spacious and clean. The room service was also prompt. There is a spa available inside the Resort. Took a spa treatment. It was refreshing and rejuvenating. The food was also good.

Visited in month of July 2019, different experience altogether. Didn't see a Sun for both days of stay. Food quality is good. Staff and management is good too. Would love to visit again.
