Positives: -excellent service including infant related support -good view from hotel -market, good restaurants like prakrithi multi cuisine restaurant, kathakali and martial arts shows near hotel -tourist spots not too far -availability of small complementary games and in house spa at reasonable rates -good buffet breakfast negatives: -steep narrow dark way to hotel in last 50-100 metres -no life guard at swimming pool (warning board already present though) -noise of one room audible in other -less dinner options in restaurant

We had a pleasant welcome at the reception. They provided very clean rooms. Pool was very clear. Location of the resort is also nice. Room service was also good. I recommend this resort for newly married couple.

Excellent stay in cloud castle. Valley view rooms are awesome. Excellent on time service by hotel administration, front desk staff and others. All staff are very much professional and polite. Pools maintenance is very good. Food quality for breakfast also excellent. We tried one day dinner from hotel restaurant, quality is very good. Definitely recommended for 3/4 days stays in munnar. Have good 1/2 restuarant nearby also. One additional point they have munnar chocolate factory just 2/3 mins walk. Look for deals the normal tariff looks slightly higher than usual.

Very good experience. The resort was excellent with very good staff, good food, good ambience and good stay. Room is excellent with all necessary essentials breakfast and dinner was delicious overall experience was excellent

Location is very good. Valley view balcony and room is very good. Restaurant food is very good. The road to hotel is narrow and sloppy.

Nice place to stay here with family and friends. The infrastructure and resort location was excellent. Swimming pool was maintained superbly. Restaurant was good. Room service and room maintenance was excellent.

This place is lit. We went on a family trip and we really loved the premium valley view rooms. The people at reception are really sweet. The staff explained everything inside room in person. Rooms and bathrooms are so neat and clean. Situated at anachal and it's a good place to stay near munnar for a pleasant experience. Food is a 4 star, it can still be improved. Worth visiting again

It is a very nice and comfortable stay. Food delivery is a little bit late. Otherwise breakfast, rooms pool, view point, travel, roads everything very fine. Particularly staff are very polite. They respond to our needs and comfort. Very nice hotel and environment. Thanj you mm t also hotel cc, munnar.
