Very much disappointed, totally worthless, totally opposite as shown in the images, no facilities available according to the price, rooms have an odour smell, very dirty, servicing is very bad

Location is Good,just at Police bazar circle But Sign Board is not very prominent, Property is on second floor, Ground floor entrance is not clean Rooms are Good Service Good

1. Poor management 2. Dirty 3. Worst staffs 4. Manager is not even aware about the MMT booking 5. Not even worth for 3K for 1 room. 6. We spent around 35K+ for 2 families, which actually should have been around 15-18K , considering the standards of the hotel. 7. Complimentary breakfast was way to below standards. Considering above facts, please don't recommend this hotel to anyone

There was no basic things are available in bathroom like brush, toothpaste, toiletries. Room was smelling. Waste of money. I want my money back.

Location is good. Main city. Food is very good. Good for vegetarian people. All amenities and facilities and services are good. Staff is very polite and the manager looks after all the facilities and services impeccably.

staff courteous and food quality is good. room size very small for the tariff paid. Rooms are reasonably maintained

Very bad service , bed sheet full of stains no proper respond from hotel too , when we told to change they are saying if don’t like check out and leave

Our experience staying at the cloud social was terrible cos the room was smelly from the stench coming from the toilet.. not sure it was a sewer problem. All the hotel staff did was use an air freshener that was just temporary. The other problem was the hot water from the shower. Apparently we need to inform the hotel before taking a shower so that they can turn on the main switch that controls the heater... silliest thing I heard. And we had to wait for water to be heated. For the price we paid this hotel is not recommended as the breakfast was just basic. Definitely it was unpleasant too when the pillows provided were so horrible and towels were not ready in time.

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. In three days I had to call the customer care as many times to get a proper blanket. The blanket they provide is a better version of bed sheet which is not adequate in Shillong's cold. Then they pressurise you to rent a room heater for 300 rupees. I appreciate their upselling strategy but customer care is pathetic. every simple request replied with negative words. That was the High moment when they declare that the pastry that I got for my kid needs to be thrown out or else they threaten to force check out my family. We strongly protested this behaviour from Ankit. This man also verbally abused my family. If you are going for a holiday, you should avoid this place. This is not only my view but every boarder had the same experience. The breakfast option is a pure scam. Smelly rooms are full of dirt with filthy towels if you can stand with them. Room service was good though thanks to local boys.

this hotel is in center in shillong location was good food also good preferred for vegetarians this hotel stay & food both is good as per budget over all it's excellent 🙏

very bad experience. don't know where to start- first of all, this hotel doesn't worth 6.5k plus taxes. max to max 1.5k per night is ideal. no hot water during morning hrs, very bad breakfast selection, no on time service, dirty towel and pillow, tap water was full of iron and muddy smell, they don't provide blanket- it's just one comforter for 2 at 6*c. asked for another and they said they have only room heater which is chargeable. worst stay experience in shillong. I won't have been complaining if room was for 1.5k. , this is a nightmare. big no recommendation.

It was pleasant staying in this property. Staff behaviour and service was good. Food was average. Location is in proper police bazar.

Hotel requires a renovation very foul smell in the hotel service is pathetic. Rooms are very small and conjusted

Rooms interior was not that good, linens were not very neat and tidy and room service was sluggish. However the size of the rooms was decent and location was good.

No proper parking area. Had to park very far away from the hotel. Despite asking them multiple times before arriving, to reserve a parking spot for us. Booked three room despite that not even a single parking spot was reserved for us. Sheets and towels were dirty

Excellent stay and a wonderful experience. Clean and hygienic rooms as well. Do try the veg momos here

I had a very good experience at hotel Cloud Social. they have provided me with the executive room as shown in the photos. the service was very good. they have a pure veg restaurant which even serves Jain food.
